This group is a Task Force of the Colorado Capital Congress. It's goal is to support the authorization of limited profit limited liability companies or L3Cs by the Colorado legislature. This Task Force will analyze past efforts and develop a strategy to pass a bill in the next session. The work of this Task Force will be public reviewed and then voted on by Representatives of the Congress on October 20.

Shades of Brown book club was founded by two women new to the Denver area. The book club is open to African American sistahs who not only enjoy and appreciate Black literature, but also understand its value and importance to our Community.
